The studio provides a range of classes, including private sessions, small group mat and apparatus classes, and specialised programs such as prenatal Pilates and kids’ developmental sessions. These offerings cater to individuals at various stages of fitness, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Operating from Monday to Friday, Flow Fitness is committed to fostering a supportive environment where clients can achieve their fitness goals under the guidance of experienced instructors.
